Sealed bids will be received by the Spokane Housing Authority at the Authority Office, 25 W. Nora, Spokane, WA, for renovation of four units at the Cedarwest Apartments, 4018 W Rowan Avenue, Spokane, WA as follows: Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid proposals in a sealed envelope up until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 12th, 2022. Proposals received after that time will not be considered. All proposals will be time stamped upon reception. They will be opened and publicly read at 2:00 p.m. on the same date. The opening will be done virtually via Zoom Meeting. The Zoom Meeting ID is indicated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
