OWNER
Separate sealed bids for Dragonfly Grove Subdivision, Utilities and Paving Improvements, for the Community Development Corporation of Brownsville, Brownsville, Texas, (hereinafter called owner) will be received by the Mr. Nick Mitchell-Bennett, Executive Director, at his office located at 901 E. Levee, Brownsville, Texas 78520 until 2:00 PM, September 17, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud thru a Zoom meeting.
The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Forms of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:
Melden and Hunt, Inc., Consulting Engineers, Edinburg, Texas
Copies may be obtained electronically by contacting the office of Melden and Hunt, Inc at tina@meldenandhunt.com . If you require a hard copy of plans and specifications, there will be a fee of $100.00 per set with no refund. MHI is located at 115 West McIntyre, Edinburg, Texas 78541.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders.
Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
