LEGAL NOTICE Bucks County will receive electronic bid responses until 11:15 AM on April 18, 2022 for: Installation of Playground Equipment in Three County Parks A link to the solicitation may be found on the Purchasing page of the county website at www.buckscounty.gov A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project.
