Development of Five-Year Destination Marketing Plan and
18-Month Marketing Services Plan
The City of Spokane Valley (the “””City”””) is seeking a qualified consultant or combination of qualified consultants through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to develop and implement 1) a five-year Destination Marketing Plan and 2) an 18-month “””actionable””” plan for Tourism Marketing Services from July 1, 2023 through Dec. 31, 2024. The full RFQ is available on the City””‘s website at www.spokanevalley.org under Public Notices. Deadline for submittal of Qualifications is 4:00 PM (local time), Friday, March 3, 2023. Submittals received after that time will not be accepted.
