Governor Hochul introduces plans For building The “Interborough Express” Connecting Brooklyn and Queens

The project would be built along the existing Bay Ridge Connector, a 14-mile freight line that extends from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, to Jackson Heights, Queens.
